The Opificio della Rosa is dedicated to low environmental impact techniques whilst facilitating traditional and innovative methods of printmaking. The Opificio della Rosa,
hosted at the Medieval Castle of Montefiore Conca,
it is being opened July 11 2009.

Opificio della Rosa and Un Castello per le arti
Un Castello per le arti is a multidisciplinary project, whose aim is to match artistic handicraft to the contemporary visual and performing arts. The project is hosted at the Medieval Castle of Montefiore Conca, where two workshops have been set up:
the Opificio della Rosa (for the graphic arts) and the
Atelier della Luna (for theatre scenery and figure construction techniques). Exhibition spaces and workspaces for specific projects are also available and resident artists can be hosted in the adjoining house.
